During November 20-22, 2024, the National State Book Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in collaboration with the Exhibition Company "Atakent-Expo", the Association of Publishers, Printers, and Book Distributors of Kazakhstan, and the "Bookfund.kz" Information System of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is hosting the 11th Kazakhstan International Book and Printing Exhibition "Along the Great Silk Road".

Goals and missions of the exhibition:

Strengthening integration, cultural, and business ties between publishers and printing professionals from different countries.
Activate the exchange of experience, accelerate the implementation of the latest technologies in book production, printing, and book trade.
Present to potential buyers the entire modern range of book products from Kazakhstan.

To promote the popularization of modern Kazakhstani literature and strengthen the domestic publishing industry, facilitate the exchange of experience among publishing entities, and reinforce the position of national producers in the domestic book market.

Over the years of its long history, the 'Along the Great Silk Road' exhibition has become a traditional celebration for the national publishing and printing complex of the country and is an important event in the cultural life of Kazakhstan.

Practical session on scripts from various epochs. Creation of 2 compositions under the supervision of the instructor

Contemporary calligraphy

Materials and techniques of contemporary calligraphy. Alphabet and decorative compositions. Creating four compositions under the supervision of the instructor
